Established in 1992 and specializing in sustainable water-based and advanced eco-friendly products, Mapaero operates a production facility in France and has around 140 employees. Its products are approved by many leading aerospace manufacturers including Airbus, Embraer, Bombardier and Airbus Helicopters.
Following the acquisition of Mapaero in November of 2019, Hypercoat has added this excellent product range to its portfolio. At its Mississauga warehouse, Hypercoat holds items in stock which have been imported directly into Canada duty-free under the Canada-EU Trade Agreement (CETA). Some other items will be transshipped from AkzoNobel’s main manufacturing site in Waukegan, IL.
Combining the world class product ranges from AkzoNobel and Mapaero enables Hypercoat to provide customers with a much wider portfolio of innovative and sustainable solutions.
